we are trusting our inner wisdom again. we commit to our healing, and know its effects reverberate as medicine across space/time.
as we land in the body, we tend to what is there, making space for deeper listening. when we write, and move, we release our selves (cells) from the heaviness that is longing to be witnessed and expressed.
we hold each other through our grief, witnessing each other through discomfort, sifting through what feels heavy. we reclaim the safety of our bodies. we are re-membering that shadow_light are both expressions of source. both are teachers.
